An Engineer who was stamped, by Education system, as an Underground Coal Miner & started his career journey from Darkness of Coal Mines which was not matching with his interests & passion. He was completely lost & struggling in his 20s.
He kept building & implementing skills in the way it impacts bottom lines of different businesses & kept climbing the corporate ladder.
After Travelling the journey from Underground Coal Miner to Corporate leader, he decided to give back to the society.
He is having a vision to create a world where every 20Something is able to launch his own career around his skills & independent of education system's Stamp, he is driven with the mission of transforming & launching 10 Million 20Somethings.
Based on his life lessons, he developed a framework called "An Engineer's E.N.G.I.N.E" to transform & launch 20Somethings in various aspects of their life whether it is Career around Skills or Relationships
